Safety in a snowy environment

Learn to manage the risk that any discipline on the snow entails

Snow is a wonderful, almost magical element, but it is necessary to know it in-depth, to know its metamorphoses, to understand what happens to the mantle once it is on the ground and to carefully evaluate the resulting risks to reduce them.

Why participate

  1. Because off-piste skiing, ski mountaineering require specific skills on risk identification, assessment, and management.
  2. Because it is necessary to know how to evaluate but also to intervene in the event of problems in the shortest possible time and a conscious manner
  3. Because you have no choice, it’s like riding a bike without knowing how to inflate the tires on your bike, it’s impossible and it’s better to don’t
  4. Because the world of awareness, useful attitudes and responsibility towards yourself, your partner and yourself with you will open up
  5. Because it is necessary to understand that outdoor activities, in particular, those on snow-covered grounds, offer little chance of getting away unless they are properly able to handle the situation.
