It is an activity suitable for all those who want to live an experience in contact with nature, away from confusion. If you are a beginner or novice, the best time to go out is in the late morning during the change of wind between Pelèr and Ora, or in the evening when the Hour drops and the lake water is calmer. If you are already an expert you can have fun riding the waves of the strong morning winds, the Pelèr, in downwind.
